Saturday – Earthdog tests, a Farmhunt, Costume Contest, Potluck lunch, Boo-Tiques, Raffle & Terrier Races followed by a short club meeting around 5PM.

On Saturday, August 17th, BTCOSC had a fun day in Ventura. We met at the marina, enjoyed lunch, toured the shops in Ventura Harbor, went to the art show, played in the surf and enjoyed root beer floats.

I was just contacted by the Marin County Humane Society regarding a Border Terrier in need of rescue. He is a 7 year old male BT named “Mason”. He is currently in a temporary foster home but needs our help to find his new permanent home. He is doing well in the foster situation but was overwhelmed and shut down in the shelter environment. It sounds as if he is rather soft and sensitive in disposition.
If anyone knows of the perfect home for Mason or has someone on their puppy list that might be interested in a more mature dog to adopt, please contact me!
While Mason is doing ok in his Foster Home, he needs our help to find his new family ASAP!
